TYPICAL CHALLENGES
Our engineering is based on the real variation found in day-to-day production. This determines the robotics, gripping technology, sensors and peripherals.

MATERIAL
Temperature, pot life, fillers and sedimentation influence flow and reaction. One- and two-component media therefore require suitable conditioning and monitoring.

AIR & MOISTURE
Entrained air can affect dispensing volume and insulation performance. For sensitive potting applications, material conditioning, supply and, where necessary, the process itself are performed under vacuum.

BEAD
Corners, acceleration and speed changes affect bead geometry. Pressure, flow and path control must be coordinated as one process.

Viscosity, abrasiveness, moisture sensitivity, fillers and reaction time determine the system technology.

SURFACE
Contamination, release agents and low surface energy may require pretreatment or plasma activation.

GEOMETRY
Contour, gap, undercut and accessibility determine nozzle selection, path planning and whether an atmospheric or vacuum process is used.

QUALITY
Flow, pressure, temperature, mixing ratio and optical bead inspection can be stored against the component.
