01 · INITIAL SITUATION
A machine retrofit retains the serviceable core of the existing equipment. Controls, drives, electrics, operation, safety and documentation are then modernised following a technical assessment.
01
SYSTEM ASSESSMENT
Circuit diagrams, software versions, spare-parts availability, safety functions and mechanical condition are recorded before the solution is specified.
02
MIGRATION
The legacy and new systems, signal mapping, interfaces and fallback strategy are planned to keep downtime manageable.
03
DOCUMENTATION
Software, electrical documentation, parameters, test records and the safety assessment are updated to the new system status.

02 · RETROFIT CONCEPT
Obsolescence, fault history and safety-related changes are prioritised according to their operational impact. This results in a staged modernisation plan with defined conversion packages.
01
Assessment of mechanics, electrics, software, drives and safety
02
Prioritise obsolescence, spare-parts and backup risks transparently
03
Migrate PLC/HMI, drives, sensors and switchgear in a targeted manner
04
FAT/SAT, restart, documentation update and operator training
03 · RECOMMISSIONING & SERVICE
The modernised machine is tested, documented and recommissioned under production conditions. We remain your technical contact for support, maintenance and future modifications.
01
BACKUP
Programs, parameters, recipes and existing documentation are checked and versioned before work begins.
02
INTERFACES
Signals to the machine, peripherals and higher-level control system are recorded, tested and transferred into traceable mapping.
03
CONVERSION
Control-cabinet preparation, software, simulation and pre-assembly reduce work and surprises during the downtime window.
04
RAMP-UP & SERVICE
We validate functions and safety, support the restart and remain available for faults, maintenance and future modifications.
04 · IMPLEMENTATION
The project is structured into assessment, technical implementation and production ramp-up.
01
On site, we assess condition, fault history, documentation, spare parts, interfaces and possible conversion windows.
02
Hardware, software, signal mapping, safety functions and the fallback option are prepared before the downtime.
03
Installation is followed by functional testing, production programs, documentation updates and handover to operations and maintenance.
