You identify automation potential, conduct initial technical discussions and work with our engineering team to develop concrete projects for manufacturing companies.
Identify suitable companies and production processes
Engage technical decision-makers and procurement teams directly
Capture requirements, cycle times and project status in a structured manner
Coordinate enquiries, follow up quotations and develop customer relationships
Experience in B2B sales or industrial project business
Interest in mechanical engineering, production and automation
Confident manner and clear, dependable communication
Independent working style and reliable follow-up
Direct collaboration with management and engineering
Short decision paths and strong technical support
Scope to shape customer development and sales processes

YOUR ROLE
You support design and development in real automation projects and explore how AI tools can accelerate engineering in a practical way.
Support design tasks in mechanical engineering and automation
Model parts and assemblies in 3D CAD and maintain documentation
Evaluate AI tools for research, concept development and design
Develop templates, standards and reusable engineering modules
Degree studies in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, production engineering or a related discipline
Confident use of a 3D CAD system, ideally SolidWorks or Inventor
Interest in generative AI, automation and digital engineering methods
Structured working style and enthusiasm for implementing your own ideas
Direct involvement in real customer and development projects
Flexible working hours coordinated with your studies
Modern tools and scope for AI pilots with technical value
